I'm 0-3 with going to the gym before work. Loser!
Anylazy, the sun is shining in the Bluegrass and I am debating on running outside vs. going to the gym. The good ol' training schedule on the fridge tells me it's tempo run night, so I should suck it up and go to the gym. That way I can "accurately" up my pace and not wuss out on that last 1/3 of the run.
But the SUN is out, it's 60 degrees and I miss the aggressive swans at my park! What if they forget who I am?!
Oh well. I'll brave the crowds at the gym and try my best to avoid a psychotic episode.
